In conjunction with the hiring company, SRA conducts an in-depth analysis of position specifications, requirements and performance expectations of the role. We then craft a candidate Position Profile and Opportunity Introduction which effectively “sells“ company attributes so the most successful candidates are attracted by the opportunity.
2. Research and Market Definition:
Our search team holds a strategic planning meeting to determine the most effective means for sourcing target candidates. Our strategy includes extensive integration of industry resources, our executive network, industry publication and associations, and proven, cold calling approaches.
3. Marketing the Search:
Supported by an extensive network of executives and our target list, potential candidates are actively contacted from direct competitors and parallel industries located locally, regionally or nationally. We combine extensive phone outreach and email.
4. Assessment:
Combining behavioral and targeted interview, techniques, clients are ensured that the candidates presented possess all necessary, as well as many desired, skill sets and cultural match which, will prove their value as an exceptional performer within the company.
5. Interview and References:
Complete and honest feedback coupled with tailored advice during the entire interview process thus ensuring a smooth and seamless hiring transition. 360 Degree reference checks are performed for all candidates.
6. Acceptance:
Working closely with the hiring organization we assist in the offer and negotiation – ensuring the desired candidate says “yes.” We continue with hands-on involvement to ensure that the candidate transitions to the new role.
