Ginni Garner has served clients in the executive search and recruitment industry for the last fifteen years. Currently, she is the President of Sanford Rose Associates - Beachwood, a executive search and recruitment research firm that finds talented people for the Natural Products, Natural Foods, Nutritional Supplement, Nutraceutical and Health Product Manufacturing industries. She also services select clients in the Health Care and Outsourcing industries.

Ginni started as a recruitment consultant in 1995 and worked for several boutique firms as well as the Cleveland office of Heidrick & Struggles, Inc. In 2001, Ginni joined the executive search organization, SRA International, to train and support new franchise owners. She assisted in the start up of over 15 search practices. In 2004, she opened her own Sanford Rose Associates office in Northeastern Ohio.

Ginni has filled critical Director, Vice President, COO, CIO and CFO openings for companies in the natural products industry, health care administration, health care services, call center (customer care), business process outsourcing, manufacturing and technology organizations.

She has consulted with hundreds of organizations to define, recruit and fill openings for senior management and executive roles, as well as for key functional positions in operations, sales, marketing, technology and human resources. She has worked with companies and candidates in the United States, Canada, Latin America, the Philippines and India.

Ginni is active in the non-profit community serving on the Board of Directors Entrepreneurship Preparatory School (E Prep) in Cleveland, Ohio.

She is also the co-author of The CEO’s Guide to Talent Acquisition - Finding Talent Your Competition Overlooks.

In her spare time, Ginni teaches meditation and enjoys spending time with her husband and Bernese Mountain Dog.
