Ginni Garner is the President of Sanford Rose Associates® - Beachwood, a recruitment firm with primary focus on placing executive and management talent with 'healthy living' Consumer Packaged Goods companies. Her clients include nutrition/ dietary supplement, nutraceutical, sports nutrition and natural/ organic food and beverage companies.
Ginni has over 16 years of executive search and recruitment process consulting experience. Prior to joining Sanford Rose Associates, Ginni worked for several boutique firms in Cleveland, Ohio as well as the global search firm, Heidrick & Struggles, Inc. During her early years in recruiting she conducted searches for clients in manufacturing, technology, call center/customer service and healthcare.
In 2001, Ginni joined SRA International, Inc., the parent company of Sanford Rose Associates, to train and support new executive search firm consultants. She assisted in the start up of fifteen offices. Sanford Rose Associates consultants utilize a 32-step, Dimensional Search® process to assist client companies recruit, hire and onboard key talent for their organizations.
In 2004, she assumed leadership over a Sanford Rose Associates office in Northeastern Ohio where she has partnered with clients to fill critical executive and senior management roles, as well as key functional positions in Operations, Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, Quality, and Administration throughout North America.
After being introduced to natural products, nutritional supplements and holistic health during a college job at the Newark Food Co-op, she has pursued this lifestyle both personally and professionally for over 20 years. Ginni has a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts & Environmental Education and a Masters of Business Administration. She is also the co-author of The CEO’s Guide to Talent Acquisition.
Ginni a member of the Natural Products Association (NPA), Organic Trade Association (OTA), Consultants Association for the Natural Products Industry (CANI) and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). You will often find her at the major industry trade shows. SupplySide, SupplyExpo, ExpoWest/East, IFT and the NBJ Summit.
